I NEVER use round numbers. >>> That's very true Big. Many stock pickers place limit orders on round numbers. Even if you adjust a bid up by 1/16 or offer down by 1/16, you have a much better chance at getting filled on a limit order. In the stock market, it's not a case of first come, first served. Therefore, when you place a limit order on a round number where the herd is also placing theirs, you may notice that the price deals several times, but you don't get filled. Moving your order by even 1/16 can make a big difference. B
