I think it was the wallet that he showed me at the meeting in 1998 after I mentioned I was from the town where he once owned Illinois National Bank. The most profitable bank in the country at the time as I understand it. A mentor friend of mine was on the Board. Anyway, Warren stopped with all the cameras there and everything (we were in Borsheim's) and pulled out his wallet. He said, "What do you think of this?" He showed me an old $50 bill with an Illinois National teller stamp on it.
