Well Suzanne, it was on Sep 1 that I suggested that 250 MM shares should be used for any "model", three months later we are already there (go back to that period to read the flack that comment drew), the problem of course is that sales have not kept pace with the proliferation of the shares, thus, the shares are now actually overvalued even if we assume that last September the market was pricing those shares correctly.
