I'll throw in a second comment about the ISLD book.

It is an essential part of my trading process and qcharts has an *extremely* hard time providing ISLD reliably.

When I lose the ISLD book or there are too many old/invalid quotes in it I cannot function. I have learned the only thing I can do is turn off the stock and look elsewhere.

Today without the ISLD book working I could not trade at all afterhours.

Don't give me the tired old line about going to the ISLD site for the online book. It's way too slow...

Also- Would love to see the ISLD book integrated into the standard L2. Lots of other people provide that now.
Eric

P.S. It has now been 3 weeks straight every day I have had to manually change servers at least once during the day.

Would it be possible for you to add the following to the Indicator selections?:

% in weekly range
% in quarterly range

You already have hotlists for these, but only low priced securities seem to turn up on the list because of the limit of 100 stocks. I'd love to be able to have columns in my Quote sheet where i can follow my own stocks in these categories.

I love the % Range and % In Yearly range...they're incredibly useful

Also,

1) Would be great to set low/hi price alerts in same box.

2) Would be great to be able to alter/reset those low/hi prices once triggered via pop up box.

3) The option to chart more than one security on the same chart?

qcom_data,

TFF in post #4979 makes suggestions that echo my sentiments exactly; %in weekly range/%in quarterly range, in addition to the already extremely useful %in range/%in yearly range, would make Qcharts that much better.

Further,

>>>1) Would be great to set low/hi price alerts in same box.

2) Would be great to be able to alter/reset those low/hi prices once triggered via pop up box.<<<

I wanted to second these suggestions for, what is already a very useful, Qcharts alert system.

Thanks,

schoch

Hi Jay,

I realize you folks must be behind, as I'm still waiting to hear on a couple issues from well over a week ago. No problem...I can work with it.

A couple new problems I really cannot live with however. If they have already been addressed, please point me to the resolution.

1) Any news briefs mailed from my portfolios on your website produce an empty window when I click on the link to view the entire story.

2) I cannot access my portfolios off the website. It only provides a choice of two portfolios and I had my master set up in #4 and 5.

THESE ARE HUGE PROBLEMS FOR ME! No one has responded from the quote.com beta feedback link.

PLEASE ADVISE!

Thanks,

sf

Qcom_datadept,

I have not been able to bring up the Premium Company Profile, First Call or Zacks earnings estimates, or Vickers Insider Trading for days within Qcharts. Seems like when the new quote.com site was turned on, the ability to bring up these Qcharts functions disappeared. What's going on? I'm paying for premium services, but now they're gone.

I've emailed with no response, and have called your support line where I waited on hold forever. Please tell us what's going on and when these pages will be restored.

Another thing--for months and months qcharts/quote.com support has promised to fix the charts where there have been symbol changes, but where the same chart would be in effect before and after the change. To date, they have still not been fixed, with the pre-symbol change data gone; there are many of them, with the ranks expanding often. Shortly, QWST, a major nasdaq stock will be moving to the NYSE with the symbol Q. I trade this stock actively, and having a new chart that looks like an IPO will be useless. When will this serious problem finally be addressed?
