Communications from the company to media and shareholders--which has always been rather poor--has been nil since the announcement of an impending merger. Supposedly the merger would combine the best lithium polymer battery chemistry (so it was said) with LITH's highly efficient and heavily patented manufacturing technology (which I have seen and believe to be what it is claimed to be). The market for a plastic battery continues to grow, so the potential upside is bigger than ever. The key questions are: will this combined company manage to get a product to market despite very limited resources, and will the original LITH stock have any value left under the terms of the deal.

Although I have my doubts about both propositions, I'm in til it's make-or-break time. I just wish the company would light a fire under the shareholder relations person and get some word out on what's happening over there.
