I suggest we all e-mail Corky about this and remind him that if the individual investors are punished by selective information release we have relief available and it's spelled c-l-a-s-s- a-c-t-i-o-n- l-a-w-s-u-i-t! They have allowed the hold up of available information that market makers used to wipe out options by the triple witching date. That legally qualifies as financial punishment by withholding information for the benefit of a selective few.
