Elmer, That is what you said earlier. You make a deal with the buyer to buy those shares for $25 from him and get a fee, which you keep. If you never see him agin you are ahead. If he comes calling you know AMD is less than $25 and he will want to sell those shares to you. In fact you are forced to buy them as per the agreement at $25.

Oh pleeeease, Fudd, spare us your judgments...

ANY AMD naysayer who utilizes bullish AMD strategies by writing puts as opposed to a bearish strategy of buying puts, a strategy that most accurately reflects his/her negativity on this thread...speaks from both sides of the mouth...Not an endearing quality, Fudd, and readily transparent to most except you, it seems!
