ESHR: Well, Brown failed me for the first time. They were down for the last 25 minutes and I couldn't unload anything like I wanted to. Guess it turns into a weekend position.

OT: ROAD RUNNER sucks! Spent the last hour on the phone with those crooks. If you live in Fla. and use RR and think your computer/trading software is giving you problems, more than likely it is RR. I'm getting a ISDN line immediately. This is BS. I was dropped at least 10 times today. Their customer/no service department is a joke. Let's advertise, advertise, advertise, and pile more users on the same line without updating our routers. Makes sense doesn't it. Make more profits at the expense of the user. I'm out.

Now I feel better. Had to get that out.

Service did crash but back up. I know this is the last thing you probably want to hear but the problem you are talking about having sounds like it might be on your end. You should beable to save all that info and not have to put it in when you connect. And if you keep losing connection it could be your ISP or even a firewall.
Just a thought. I agree that you should always have access to your brokerage account after all it is your money. NDB has screwed me over on several occasions and I know how mad I got too.
