Let's advertise, advertise, advertise, and pile more users on the same line without updating our routers. Makes sense doesn't it. Make more profits at the expense of the user. I'm out. Now I feel better. Had to get that out.

Service did crash but back up. I know this is the last thing you probably want to hear but the problem you are talking about having sounds like it might be on your end. You should beable to save all that info and not have to put it in when you connect. And if you keep losing connection it could be your ISP or even a firewall. Just a thought. I agree that you should always have access to your brokerage account after all it is your money. NDB has screwed me over on several occasions and I know how mad I got too.
