shake,
I probably won't see Mike, but I'm sure I will talk to him. I had a nice December vacation, but it's over tonight as I will work most of the days between now and New Year making safe, clean, and reliable nuclear power.

You mentioned NDA's...Do you recall when the first of these will expire? Sounds like a good subject for my next call to IR and others. I believe that the behavior of those that signed NDAs is critical to understanding what the mining community thinks about our mess.

So far so good, the people I asked not respond to my previous post today have been quiet. They must have self identified and complied with my wishes. Holiday greetings to everyone else.
Jim Gold

From the Medinah website:

Authorized Shares: 100,000,000 Common
10,000,000 Class A Preferred
Outstanding Shares: 80,502,194 Common
10,865,000 Class A Preferred (Terms)
As of December 10, 1999

Actual # as of 12/15 is 81,102,194 and I see we have exceeded the Class A Preferred limit...Have to go back and review my AGM notes but looks like we have issued something like 1.5 million preferred or the equivalent of 6 million shares...Hmmmmmmm
