Paul here is another one to chew on and try to digest for a while. BLLS sales people are making co-calls with CKFR and Transpoint sales people. CKFR sales people make a higher commission if they sell BLLS instead of CKFR. WHY? BLLS can get the customer up and running faster and cheaper than CKFR and CKFR gets effectively the same revenue. finally found out why we got the sallie mae contract. BLLS was the ONLY one that would commit to having them up and running in 12 weeks. they were up and running in 10. this has been a very effective tool in closing subsequent sales. sneaky little son of a guns may have something going here.
