Info Stream: I called and asked for my Richter. The person I spoke with said that Mr. Richter did not know why I was calling and that he would not take the call. I posted the message to show that although Datek may send such messages to make it appear that it is genuinely interested in improving its quality of service, such messages are nothing but pubic cya letters. That it was no more than a form letter is evident from the fact, as I was advised, that Mr. Richter refused to take my call and did not know what I was calling about. He knew nothing about sending a private message to anyone today on Silicon Investor regarding embezzlement. BTW, if Mr. Richter ever develops a genuine interest in reviewing this matter, have him private message me his direct telephone number. I will only conduct further communications with Mr. Richter and will only do so if he sends me his direct telephone number. Richard James
