F...I wouldn't be so sure that MSFT won't fill. DOJ alone could cause it not to mention a blow off of the overbought Nasdaq index. Take a look at the comp index here. timely.com There are unfilled gaps the past two days and one at my target around 3450 or so. I'll be generous and give you the one around 2900 but it isn't a stretch that it too will fill. The one at 3450 though is only a 350 point correction on a 900 point move so should be very doable.
