Most of the time you get the 2 sides, Software vs. Hardware, pointing the finger at each other as the cause of the problem. Since they are on different teams nothing is ever resolved

The faster the computer, the faster the Internet connection will be. My Dell has a very fast video card and graphics fly. I tried cruising the Internet a couple weeks ago with my 56K modem and I was surprised how fast it was. My main Internet connection is cable.

Now if you cruise on a notebook, you will not experience the same speeds as a very powerful desktop.

But then again, it could be your modem.
