can someone help provide some names of Datek higher-ups that i could address to regarding a problem i have with a wire transfer? i wanted a bigger amount than usual to be wire on thursday and it quickly escalated to increasing requirements, phone tag, conference call, slammed phone, wrong information, delays , run-around, phone calls on hold, .....the whole shebang....... Rina of customer support tried to help throughout the case but a simple wire transfer is ballooning out of control. i have been wiring a smaller amount several times with no problems but now a bigger amount is just more requirements, requirements and more requirements.... i am hoping a higher-up might step in to help thank you toddy
