Christopher, 32 is just the difference between the major resistance and support added to the resistance. 27.75 - 23.5 + 27.75 Usually that works fine. The Gap tends to close and the target will not be reached in the first run. So expect something within a range of ~26-30 in the next few weeks. If you want to play the stock, sell jan 30 calls @32 and buy them back under 27. I sometimes use bollinger, but I always take the predifined values. Best regards paul
