Gary, If I remember correctly, the only negative I could site is that it will be a long time for product development. Buying in Phase I and II requires as much faith and stamina as it does acumen. I wish you well and I will follow their progress.

Gary, I haven't followed IMGN for a several years, but they went an awfully long time on life support with the share price under 5, and if I remember correctly, had to raise funds (shares, convertible debt?) several times during those years.

So, check for the presence of a bazillion shares (including convertibles) before jumping in with both feet.
