To me there is nothing wrong with wanting to keep a race pure but to consider that race to be the most superior on the face of the earth and murder those which were not a part of that race is very very wrong. Surely in preferring racial purity you do not advocate such tactics. If you do, you are most certainly on the wrong thread. Actually, Hitler was ignorant in his choosing to call his people the Aryan Race since there never was such a thing. History makes only a short reference to a group of people that lived in North Western India and part of Iran who spoke a language called aryan. There is no description of their physical appearance and from where they lived, it is highly unlikely that they were fair skinned, blonde headed, and blue eyed.

Frederic, with all due respect, I think there is only one human race.

It is still a mystery to me as to why race mixing is encouraged when it comes to the European descendants in this country.

Concerning the above statement, I think that it is more a matter of tolerance than encouragement. The U.S.A. has been called a "Melting Pot" because people of many different nations have immigrated here. And over the years, many have married, had children, grandchildren and so on. At this point in time, I would take the chance to say that the majority of Americans have the blood of at least more than one country of origin.

Also I don't think that when Hitler wrote the comment that was mentioned a couple of posts back, he understood that from a physiological point of view, when people of different blood-lines have children they are less likely to have many congenital abnormalities, because both parents would have to have the same recessive genetic code for the child to receive it as well. If one parent has the genetic code for a birth defect, but the other parent does not, it is much less likely that the child will receive it. So from a physiological stand point, a child of different blood-lines would not be weaker, but in scientific fact stronger in the sense of having less recessive genetic material that would cause abnormalities. Over the generations, these things would be "Weeded Out", in a manner of speaking. It is scientifically documented that when people of very close blood-lines have children, cousins for example, the possibility of defects is much higher.

Concerning the animal kingdom, a tiger would not mate with a lion. But a white tiger would mate with an orange tiger, because they are of the same species, regardless of color difference.

What I'm stating is scientific fact that may not have been available in the time of Hitler. But, I think you can see that this evidence puts a different light on his "Pure Blood Theory".
