I sent a couple of people to this thread that are probably reading this message.

It seems their has been a slight mistake in the math and the book value appears to be around $5-6 a share according to my figures. It is still selling way below book but this sure makes a lot more sense since something had to be seriously wrong with the company for it to sell at less than 1/3 book. I will triple check this with the IR on Monday.

So to all the people I quoted $10-11 BV please disregard that statement for now.... sorry about the confusion.

Vitalsigns, where did you find the 1M number of VGIN shares held by PNP? I can only find a reference to PNP holding, through Genevest, an indirect 3% (i.e. 1/4M shares, not 1M).
