Morgan Stanley Dean Witter published a report Thursday, written by Mark Edelstone, "Revenue Growth Should Accelerate in 2000 and 2001." In it, he said the following about T.I.:

"Texas Instruments is the leading supplier of DSPs and analog ICs, and we believe that the company has continued to enjoy strong demand from the wireless market. In addition, we believe that demand has remained strong for its catalog analog and DSP products. We believe that TI's book-to-bill ratio has remained positive, and stronger-than-expected wireless demand suggests that the company's first-quarter results will likely experience less-than-normal seasonal weakness."

Good trading, Glen
