It would be nice to see that happen but do you really think they care one iota about our satisfaction. It does not appear so to me.

By the way, a mutual friend has asked me to ask you to check your email when you get the time. There is no hurry but he wanted to let you know that you have some waiting for you. He said for you not to open the attachment until you have plenty of time for the download.

Something very funny happened. Right after I responded to this message a while ago, I got a message (it was addressed to SI member so all probably got one) from SI telling how much they are in the process of doing to improve the services of SI. The timing is most coincidental.
