be careful on banks. As the interest rate rises they will find it harder to make earnings (JMHO).

They are just getting a bit tempting at this point. With yields getting up there, then throw in some CC income and some upside price potential they could be a nice money maker. I'll wait a bit until there is some price stabilization, but, I really don't think there could be any kind of a dramatic downturn from these levels. Good luck with ONE, I saw it has a nice yield also. Everything I've been buying lately pays dividends - I'm going a little defensive in case people start freaking out as we get near y2k rollover. mc
