There is no hard evidence, but there are indications that he worked with Terry Lenzner, who the White House hired to get dirt on people or lean on them, whichever was necessary. He's the guy who threatened Kathleen Willey and disappeared her cat. I also wonder if James Carville and Sid Blumenthal weren't in touch with Flynt. Flynt is a two-bit pornographer who is best ignored, but the White House Smear and Destroy Machine makes Nixon and his cronies look like nothing but pranksters. Clinton has gotten away with a lot. I guess when you have 900 FBI files that detail your opponent's indiscretions and weaknesses, it gives you the upper hand. I don't think the history books will be kind, though.
