I normally try and hunt down what started a move in stocks I hold but often you never find a reason and just go with the flow. In this case I have not found the exact reason but it was definitely Canaccord fueling this run all day. They are the ones that started the run first thing this morning and they are the ones that ended it with a buying burst at close. Why was Canaccord buying? could be for any of the reasons you mentioned but nobody but Canaccord knows for sure... I would expect Canaccord to give a great write in the Monday morning Coffee News... I will post it when I get it.

Hi Ray,
Regarding your "halt" comment, we closed yesterday only 9.4 % above a previous recent high. Considering all the imminent news that we and the market know is forthcoming, I don't think for a moment that a "halt" is in the cards whatsoever. This stock is behaving quite proper and rationally in my opinion and I would believe, in the opinion of the regulators. Does this wash with you?
