Rashid, another one you might want to look at is FCSE, almost the same technicals as VRLK capitalD

rashid, good to hear from you...Will take a look Sunday night at VRLK... A trader lesson on DEMP 1)Stocks with huge volume and little upward price movement after a long drawn out downturn, are usually stocks under accumulation.. 2)Make sure you check Edgar to see if there is any warrant conversion or other funny business going on, that might explain the large volume with little movement...(Mike and Dave did this and found no warrants on horizon, thus stock passes 2nd test for possible entry) If you find anything suspicious, stay away, it is a churning party at your expense... 3)The stock should close in the top 25% of its daily range..DEMP did this on Thursday.... 4)Make sure the stock is at the bottom of a pattern...Thus only one way to go, hopefully, up... 5)If little volume comes in the next day but the stock doesn't want to give up much ground to the downside, the pros are playing with you...They want you to think that the stock will sell-off..Hold tight...Gradually, they will start to sneak in and the price will again move up.... Every stock teaches us a lesson, have we learned what the pros were up on DEMP, are we shrewder and smarter as a result..I hope so.... Mark
