SAP rally could bode well for sector

Analysts say SAP's expected results could mark the first signs of a recovery within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software market.

With news like this you would expect Geac to move up in price but no such luck. Considering Geac was one of a few software companies making money last year you would expect they should kick butt this year. I guess everybody is waiting for the next quarter to see if they can straighten out JBA and sign those contracts.

The way the stock is trading it sure looks like the street has written off Geac. If they do put in some good numbers this quarter. This could be the last time we see the high twenties and off to the high thirties. It sure looks like the street is saying no way Jose.
