JDN--- Yes, you are correct. The AV fiasco is a huge debacle, but to say that is the only reason the stock is in the "crapper" is incorrect. There are other things they could have done for a 1/16 here and there. If you were MC sitting on shares (1/4 mil approx) that are essentially free as reced in a grant would you really care? A couple years like this and Ben can give him the boot and he will smile all the way to the bank like 5-fer. Have you ever seen Rosen's holdings? If so you would understand that CPQ is just a toy for him. You nmention GBLX,, look at COMS with the PALM slpit coming. Enough talk about their past screw up with AV as they really do noy give a shit about shareholder equity in any manner or would be doing many things differently/additionally... actually I have been finding it useful to only visit here at irregular intervals through the day. Find a few facts, some ineffectual news, and a few chuckles as the stock remains in the mud. Most analysts -- and they move the stock -- feel cpq is fairly to over valued at this time. Events over the last year force me to believe they are correct even though I have been trying to find reason to think otherwise. For those reasons I sold 50% of my pork. That cash has seen a substancial increase in value while the pig has wallowed..... waiting on obscure promises and a valuation, that if it arrives, is long over due is not what most investors are interested in...
