Olga,

Received from Canada Stockwatch some news on EMJ.

James Estill has filed a notice of intention to sell up to a total of 40,000 common shares of EMJ Data Systems through the facilities of the exchange on or after Dec. 21, 1999.

James is the President and CEO of EMJ.

Also Estill Holdings Limited has filed a notice of intention to sell up to a total of 1.5 million common shares of EMJ through the facilities of the exchange on or after Dec. 21, 1999.
Estill Holdings currently holds 4,942,900 common shares of EMJ.

This means that the public float is less than 2.5 million shares.
I see this as Estill's taking some money off the table but still owning a majority of the shares.

How will the markets react??

Derrick
