I forgot to mention that your friend is a terrific writer. The following sentence and the way it reflects the first part of the piece is wonderful writing: "In short, that cluster of white buildings at the southern end of the Pacific seaboard could represent an opportunity similar to another nondescript cluster of buildings at the northern end of the West Coast up in Redmond, Washington."
