LTXX upgrade from outperform to strong buy, raising '00 est from $0.75 to $0.85, and '01 from $0.92 to $1.10, raise target from $25 to $28

LTXX chart was looking really good going into today's market -- check that Stochastics reversal at the 20 mark:

I'm a little concerned about the large gap we got on the opening -- wondering if LTXX could be subject to a pullback for a recheck after that kind of move. But if it happens, imho it is just a final opportunity to pick some up...
