My first time post here...but I will be watching this company....Have any of you actually been to one of their stores? I did last night...Redmond WA store....Outstanding customer service, and well displayed store...Kids as well as adults were having fun, and buying!! I had help from one of the 'kidsultants"....and she made my purchase a total delight...actually cared that I had the right gift, and one the child would really like!!! THERE IS NO COMPARISON between this toy store and ANY other toy store....I have several children, and 5 grandchildren, so have been to several. And NO, I don't hold stock.....YET....so am very interested in comments from any who have actually been to the stores! KLP Again, note these comments from their recent PR.... Emphasis on Education Zany Brainy, which changed its name this year from Children's Concept, sells products focused on learning and with non-violent content. It even hires employees with a special interest in children and refers to them as 'kidsultants.' This philosophy sets it apart from rivals such as Toys 'R' Us Inc. and eToys Inc., Spurgeon said.
