OT: The nickel per e-mail bill is a hoax. I cannot give you a reference, but I have seen it debunked a few times on the web already. It appears to be another juvenile attempt to create worry and spam a chainletter.

Lynn-- I thought that BS was dead long ago. There is not and never was any truth to that rumor. Probably something UPS started as they hate the competition,, LOL!!
