LSI gave us a great buying opportunity this week, but I was too busy wondering why it was down in the first place. I should have doubled up. As for MU, I re-entered two long positions on Friday: a bull-call January spread and some OTM January calls. I anticipate an earnings run, (announcement is after the bell on Wednesday) followed by a post-earnings fall. MU will announce great earnings. However, there is considerable momentum money involved here that drives tremendous volatility. I think that the great MU earnings will give lift to the semiconductor sector beginning Thursday.
