Chief/ I'm not sure which statement of mine you disagree with. I certainly agree with all of yours, so far.

For the record:
1) My 'foul' cry was regards to the holding of shares of a non-arms length company in an RRSP. I was told I couldn't do that. I could have taken advantage of that in the past.

2) As for the 1M shares of VGIN, I simply didn't know where the number came from. If Mr. Inwentash told you they have 1M, that's good enough for me.

3) Third, 'auspicious' means 'promising' or 'favourable'. I meant that all signs point to a likely sudden increase in the market value of the shares.

4) Pinetree has done well with a number of investments in very high risk areas. I feel that can't be all luck. These are guys to watch.

I agree. Normally I don't like options being dished out suddenly for 10% but in this case I would support it whole heartedly. 1. The options are at $2.65 reasonable. 2. Don't forget it was their judgment that got into LUMM for pennies (normally options are issued in the hope that a salesman, say, could land a good contract and bring in revenues during the term of employment but here Inwentash has already hauled in an asset whose current value appears to be in the scores of C$M. Don't let us begrudge him - especially as most of us jumped on the waggon at prices close to or below his strke price.

Every so often we should refrain from a knee jerk reaction to these kind of handouts (or remuneration depending on your point of view.
