Could pnp be holding and/or trading vgin shares over and above their indirect interest in the PP paper? The reporting of specifics comes well after the fact. It would be good to see a clear and detailed history of recent activity, that would fit with the step up to a real exchange.

Chief I will be on the phone first thing on Monday to clear this up. So far I can't find the record of the VGIN shares, only the indirect interest. On July 9, 1999 they said they had indirect 3% equity interest in VGIN which is around 280,000 shares. If they have 1 million they must have bought them since then and not put out any announcements, or at least not one that I have found. They also would have paid a minimum of $12U.S for them since this is about a low as VGIN has gone since this time. As soon as I find out I will post since I also have a stake in this company and was under the impression they held 1 mill VGIN. Best Regards KEITH

Evening Chief and the bunch of you ! So this is where your hanging out when things get slow. Looks like the price has come down alittle. Just read the thread, seem like an interesting little investment. Guess I'm gonna have to update my data to include CDNX if I start investing on this exchange. Gonna be watching this one for a possible position, Still not sure. Need to do a little reading up on the other companies first. Best Regards WB
