"Does anybody believe Lehman?". Good question. It has been something I've been asking myself. If I recall correctly, the 10% number was based on a survey. Reality appears to be quite different. Don't forget Phillips and Canadian Oxy, raising capex 23% and 50% respectively. I guess all that's left now are XOM, CHV, Shell, and ARC right? The biggies to be sure. If these guys only raise capex by 10 - 15% then B2K is a shoe in, imo. At any rate we already know that the GOM at least is going to be jumpin'. My bet is that so will Brazil and WA. North Sea seems to be dead for a while.
