Lynn,, you and I feel the same way. My AT&T bill proves it. It is much nicer and personnal to call. Email is nearly always a quick note and they feel something big has happened if an attachment is added. Nearly all is a waste of bandwidth and few senders are capable of actually writing a personnal or business letter any longer. Soon secretaries may be paid what they are really worth simply because the 'boss' can no longer write a complete sentence. I hope my secretary reads this,,, LOL!!!
