Welp, all the momentum killed my final purchase of ESHR stock for now.. The big question is, with an average cost of about $9, do I add my final position in this new range or wait and see what the momo players do!?! I think what we need is a few short sellers to start whacking the stock.. This will provide long term support/liquidity.. the float is too small and the results are the insanity in the price fluctuations, which I dont have a stomach for.. Hopefully by Monday the stock will be left with strong hands as everyone else moves to the next buzz word.. I know alot of people are commenting on this not being a sexy enough play.. but perhaps people need to look at the potential.. My friend at D & B has now had some time to really work with netagent, and claims it has given her ultimate control over the credit division.. Also interesting to note was I currently work for a memory chip maker.. Our largest customer is CompUSA and typically we would receive over 500 calls a day for support.. Now of course we are too cheap to employ a serious solution like Netagent, however we now have a direct chat option that enables the sales reps to speak one on one with us while their customers are waiting. No need to pick up the phone when you can directly speak with a sale representative one on one, live- and typically have an answer within 1/2 minute. You also would be surprised by the number of people who simply do not want to pick up the phone.. I have been making a living of inside sales and still find it amazing how scared people are of telephones.. I have been in the sales/customer service field for my entire life.. I started out when telemarketing/customer support was a min. wage job.. I have watched as corporate America downsized their sales/support forces in the field only to replace them with inside representatives. No travel expenses, but more importantly- what 1 person can achieve inside in 1 week would take well over a month for several outside representatives. I believe eventually every company will offer customers the ability to log into their websites, and chat one on one with a company representative. Ironically, starting next month I will be working evenings doing exactly that.. I invested in ESHR, and was quite surprised when I searched the want ads and found over 5 jobs in this very field. It may not be sexy but it is quickly becoming a reality.. So please, momentum players- take your 1-2 points and be happy.. move on.. because the sooner this stock finds support I can continue building my position..
