Richard,

Comparing DSWL and KO? I'm reminded of the game where you link actors, directors, producers, etc. from one movie to another. I don't think there's any way to link DSWL and KO. -g-

I reinvested my dividends back into Deswell @ 16.00. I'm overexposed but comfortable with it. Expecting earnings to be at least $11M for the fiscal year. With the smaller dilution, this will result in an EPS above $2.05. These expectations are based on what I know about Jetcrown and make no allowance for contributions from Kwanasia or Kwanta and no added share buyback. I have no reasons for it, but believe K&K will be contributing to earnings. The price stayed in the $11-12 range after Sept 30 and there's a chance they bought back more shares early this Q. Either or both of these things would make a major positive change in the EPS.

Buy now? Barring any more stupidity from Washington or Beijing - If my EPS projections are right, the price could be mid 20's late February, 30's mid summer. I think there's a lot of buyers trying to get in at this level but not many sellers. A 10K buy has boosted the price as much as $2.00 so it's obvious there's not many limit sell orders in place.

Good to hear from you,
Ron
