then why are the future projections so low? for example value line is not projecting $3 earnings per share until approximately the fiscal year 2003 (value line is projecting $1.65 for the current fiscal year).

$900 million divided by 5 billion is less than one.

I don't know the exact number, but I'm fairly certain there aren't a billion people living in Hong Kong.

BTW, do you know anything about Windows 2000? e.g. the target market, pricing, etc.? How do you conclude it will double MSFT's profits?
