Thanks Delphic. Foreign stocks are certainly one way to go. . .however, I believe it will be the small to mid caps that DON'T trade on the American exchanges that will do the best. And the best way to get a basket of those is still in a mutual fund. So I am more interested in some mutual funds in this area [especially those that publish the names of the companies they are invested], than I am the individual companies.

On the other hand. . .I have added a few of the foreign tech stocks to my portfolio for 2000, which will be released soon. .
