Even at $17.50 you still might want to read the fine print on this GCC tender offer.

"Growth Capital Corporation expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to purchase as many shares (up to 2,300,00) or as few shares as it deems advisable. Additionally, the company expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select which tendered shares it accepts or rejects regardless of the date tendered, and to extend the expiration of the offer under the same terms and conditions."

So they lock up the tendered shares as long as they want, and don't ever have to actually buy any of them. After tendering shares, if SNRS tanks, you lose, and, if SNRS rockets, you still lose. Such a deal!

I really hope nobody tenders any shares to these bandits.
