Are you serious or just don't understand what SEC filings are all about? These filings are the ultimate CYA documents. Success on WS is all about managing expectations. Mister Softee is the Grand Master. CSCO is a close runner-up. NN is still in kindergarten...

Let's not also forget that the first two have had the power to keep analyst expectations on the low side almost like guaranteeing they always meet their earnings. Therefore, although NN has had their problems, you can't fairly compare the first two companies to pretty much any other in the market.
