"I have yet to see the first commercial for ATHM...though as a stockholder, I really wish I WOULD see a few ATHM commercials."

You must not have AT&T@Home in your area. They advertise frequently in my area. I know they advertise big time via "local TV commercials" when CNBC takes their breaks. I heard them advertise this morning when my son was watching the Nick channel. They have some cute holiday commercials besides the one comparing narrowband with broadband. I am tired of that old commercial! The new one ties in Santa and Christmas stockings. Right now they are promoting a bundling of sorts. It is very creative. It catches my attention, and there isn't even a girl in a bikini!

It is possible that the back log is greater in your area, and no need to concentrate on TV commercials. Either that or they are not targeting the channels you watch.

I had friends over tonight. They tried the AT&T@Home and loved it. They were amazed by the speed. Price is still an issue with some. If @Home wants increased penetration, they will have to drop their price. I think that will come, especially as they grab market share.

I have cable TV too in Orange county and Cox has a channel practically dedicated to ATHM commercials and presentation (CH. 3 where I am). They have hours of shows and infomercials only about the speed and content of ATHM, etc.
