B Tate: Thanks for the words. Objective discussion is the key to this thread. With so many different personalities involved, and money on the line, it can sometimes be tough to balance it all. It is up to each one of us to listen and respect all views. A differing view is not an incorrect view, despite how much we may oppose it. I have never been one to hold my tongue, and all I would hope is that based on my character, people will give me the benefit of the doubt when I do speak my mind. Rarely will I ever lose my temper, and I thrive on hearing many points of view, it is only through that method that we can truly learn. Hope you will stick around the thread and contribute.
