If someone was to sell their position in XLX and XLX wins its law suit, I would think that any share holders that no longer hold XLX would be able to sue as well, since it would have been an illegal act that put their shares at such a low price. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I was contemplating selling my assets and at least recovering some of my money, I wouldn't if I didn't have some right to go after my money in a suit later.
Best of Luck, lord knows we haven't had any with this one.
PS-how did everyone find out about this stock, I read about it in the "Investment Reporter" newsletter, anyone else subscribe. I have thought about an Investment Reporter stocktalk subject mark. Any Interest?
