Berney: The point being that we all know, as we were trained by Bill, that the TA rules.

Sorry, no training from Bill here, NONE!

Berney I am also a FA type with some help of TA, but as a reminder FA died some time ago during 1996 and at the time AG had his famous "EX" speech. But since, he got "re-educated" in the play of power and actual FED responsibility(no, not the price stability thing), or drifted in plain senility and power hunger.

TA IMHO died several months ago with the hyperbolic rise in internet related issues.Toaday TA may work short term. Trading by TA only longer term in DOT issues will assure you to be in the poor house.

One clasic example QCOM, who many on this tread were thinking of understanding it's price movements.

The only thing that really worked IMHO is plain luck, ignorance and stupidity. Those holding long on stocks going up just because they go up, are winners on paper until now, any one else, made pennies or lost money on a relative basis.

But again who can argue with a profit <GG>
