As our Company enters the year 2000, management feels confident that this will prove to be a breakout year for the "discovery" of ozone therapy and Medizone International in particular. As everyone is aware, with the limited availability of financial resources in the past, the rate of progress for our scientific development while encouraging, has also been limited. If agreements now in place are kept, and we fully anticipate they will be, a bright Medizone future and the healing it will bring are eminent. Following our anticipated future press releases relative to funding, scientific advancement, staffing and research direction, a shareholder report will be issued. Audits and the return of compliance by the Company with SEC filing requirements is a priority. That project was funded in November and should be completed within the time frame set by the Security and Exchange Commission in order to maintain an active listing. The year 2000 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held in May. The date and location will be included as part of the Annual Report mailing. The Annual Report should be expected by around the end of the third quarter with the first press releases anticipated in the near future. The rebuilding of this Company has taken longer than any of us anticipated. However, we believe the end result, will be a solid, well financed Company with the ability to greatly influence the world of science and medicine.
