When people are cautious it means Msft is headed higher...

I have read the yahoo board and this board and I am amazed to see how conservative people are on Microsoft. This means that people are not fully invested yet and the stock could go very much higher.

I would get worried when everyone would be extremely bullish. This is not the case yet on Microsoft.

The strong volume on Msft means that institutions were very big buyers. This looks very promising for the near future.

Secondly, Msft has never released in the past a product that was going to generate very huge revenue. The CEO of Msft said that earnings in 1/2 of 2000 were going to soar.

Msft is also going into cable and TV. This is a huge field and will generate big revenue.

Someone compared last years rally to this years. You cannot do that since this year Msft had court case that has stalled rally. Second there is launch of Windows 2000 that did not exist last year. Third Hong Kong are big buyers of Msft stock. If you know something about the Chinese you know that they are much more aggressive buyers than Americans.

Just last week someone was saying Msft could not break $ 100. Now people say it needs a rest. I'm sorry, it has rested and it is time for it to work. Expect a rest when it hits $ 160.

Good Luck.
