take a look at ONE, SVRN, PNC, etc etc. all have AIDS, no one wants to touch. FTU and ONE disappointed and are blacklisted - great franchises. The banks and financials are outcasts because of 1. rising interest rate trend, 2. momo going with technology and nets, 3. panic selling of any smear of problems, ONE, FTU, TYC, and just now, EDS. MO is selling 22 with PE of 9 and yield of 8%. The same said about banks above could be just as easily said about drug co. JNJ, MRK, PFE,LLY, all great co, all selling near recent or 12 month lows. I wouldn't personally touch FTU here, though ONE and SOTR and PNC interest me. Still have my SVRN, though not sure why. hey ron, if it made sense, wouldn't be any fun. larry
