These guys stay just below the SEC requirements for reporting tenders to the SEC (under 5%of the outstanding stock). Its a win/win for them and a lose/lose for us. Hoping to prey on novice investors who don't read or understand the fine print.

I know they have a fiduciary responsiblity to send the message
out but IMHO their first responsibility is to their customer. The SNRS opinion was out in time to mail and if not, a note should have been attached" "Check with us before you take action"
I was a partner in A NYSE firm for thirty years, we had three
generations of families as clients. If any one in the firm failed to act in a blatant case like this they would be gone or make restitution to any client who got screwed in a robbery like this.
It is time for the SEC to close loopholes like this......nysebob
